Paralegal (Residential Conveyancing), West Midlands, GBP 32,000+ (DOE) : A new opportunity for a confident, capable Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a busy and collaborative Residential Conveyancing Team. You’ll manage your own caseload of residential property transactions while also providing vital support to the Residential Legal Team. JOB REF:0064.

The Role

Provide client:focused support with regular communication and updates

Liaise confidently with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors

Assist the RLT with progressing matters and handling day:to:day tasks

Provide support and cover for colleagues during leave or absences

Offer guidance to Legal Support Assistants (LSAs) on conveyancing processes and administrative matters

Responsible for a varied caseload to include, Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases, Transfers of Equity, Remortgages, Assents, First Registrations and Lease Extensions

Skills Required

Several years of hands:on residential conveyancing experience in a law firm

Ability to manage an active caseload with intermediate supervision

Strong working knowledge of the full conveyancing process

Excellent client care skills and communication abilities

Confident IT skills and familiarity with conveyancing software

Team player with a proactive and supportive approach
