Reputable 15-attorney Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law Firm handling high-value cases is seeking a highly-skilled, motivated Personal Injury_ Litigation Paralegal _with experience in either plaintiff’s personal injury or bodily injury defense litigation to join its DOWNTOWN HOUSTON office. (This is a 100% “IN OFFICE” position – if you’re looking for remote, please do not apply).
IDEAL CANDIDATE will have 5+ years experience as a Plaintiff’s or B.I. Defense LITIGATION Paralegal. You will have helped prepare a personal injury cases for trial in TX, including trial binders, designations, motions in limine, other trial motions, etc.
SALARY: $80,000 to $85,000 (DOE)
DUTIES: issuing HIPAA authorizations for medical record/bills, drafting demand letters, reviewing and summarizing medical records to prepare medical records summaries / chronologies, drafting pleadings/motions, issuing and answering written discovery, e-filing, legal research, and helping attorneys as their lifeline when it comes to preparing for depos, mediations and trials. Should be highly detail-oriented, independent, organized and able to multi-task.
