Consilio’s Direct Hire division is seeking a tenured Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join a law firm in DC. Candidates need a strong background in commercial real estate with experience in closings, title and survey work and acquisitions, transactions, due diligence and dispositions.
Salary: $90k-$150k
Responsibilities
Coordinate title/survey diligence, document execution and closings.
Drafting transactional documents.
Preparing closing and post-closing logistics.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
5+ years in commercial real estate in a law firm.
