The Abogado Ernesto Law Group (d.b.a. The Law Office of Walsh & Associates) is an established, successful boutique Immigration Law firm serving the immigration needs of noncitizen clients throughout the state of Colorado. Our law firm is overseen by its Managing Attorney, Robert Ernesto Walsh, out of its Colorado Springs office, with Senior Associate Attorneys working at the firm’s Denver office and an additional Associate Attorney at each office location.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a candidate that can communicate effectively in Spanish to provide our clients with the best experience possible. We are currently seeking an associate to join our team who is available Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm. In our office we prefer to promote from within and we have a hand-full of employees that began at front desk and are now paralegals and managers. This is a position for someone who wants to grow with a company.
This position entails in-person work at our office such as answering multi-line phones, managing attorney calendars, receiving payments, face to face interaction with clients or other office guests and other administrative assistance as-needed.
MINIMUM APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
The minimum requirements for the Receptionist role at our firm are:
Fully fluent in English and Spanish (Required as we primarily deal with the Spanish speaking community)
Basic aptitude using Microsoft Windows
Ability to multitask as-needed on multiple small tasks
The compensation for this position is between $17hr and $19hr, and is dependent on experience and qualifications.
