PARALEGAL PROBATE
Detailed oriented and motivated Paralegal for a well established Law Firm. Full support to attorneys by managing cases and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and organized. A career-minded individual with a strong consistent work history is a must!

Draft and organize legal documents
File documents with courts and ensure compliance with deadlines
Maintain physical and electronic case files
Communicate professionally with clients
Request, track and review case-related documents
Accurately bill time through TABS
Microsoft Word and Outlook
Adobe Acrobat Pro
Practice Master, TABS and Form Builder Westlaw
Dependability and punctuality
Proactive and self-starter
Long term team oriented
Respect for confidentiality and professionalism
Dedicated to providing high-quality service to clients
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Paralegal certificate (preferred)
Minimum 2 years paralegal experience (preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Florida state court procedures, filings and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail, ability to spot errors
Hours Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Starting salary depending on experience $52,000 to $72,800.
Pay: $52,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
