South Clearwater law firm is seeking a Paralegal who has either administration of Probate cases or contested Probate. Must be able to do docketing/calendaring, e-File and have experience managing a Probate file from start to finish. We are looking for a contract Paralegal as well as candidates for permanent consideration.
Responsibilities
Review and draft routine legal documents
Create and maintain case files
Facilitate the meeting of attorney’s deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
Conduct legal research
e-File in State court
Qualifications
Experience as a paralegal
Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate
