We are a boutique labor law firm dedicated to representing unions and workers in their fight for justice. We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our team and support four attorneys in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle litigation filings in state and federal courts and administrative agencies
Format legal documents and correspondence
Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and court dates
Organize and maintain electronic case files
Manage documents and files in NetDocs
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of legal secretary experience, with a focus on litigation
Expertise in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
Familiarity with document management systems like NetDocs preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
