Paralegal / Paralegal Student (Part-Time, Flexible, Remote Available)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal or Paralegal Student to join our growing practice. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on legal experience across a range of practice areas, including estate planning, while working in a flexible and supportive environment.
About the Role
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and interested in developing practical legal skills. You will work directly with an attorney on a variety of matters and play an important role in keeping cases moving efficiently.
Flexible part-time hours are available, and remote work is an option depending on experience and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with drafting legal documents, including estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney)
- Organize and maintain client files and case materials
- Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with court filings and document preparation
- Conduct basic legal and factual research
- Support general case management and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Current paralegal student or prior paralegal experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor and client-focused mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
