About The Opportunities
We are speaking with experienced paralegals for select opportunities across corporate, litigation, bankruptcy, personal injury, and family law practices. The current openings include senior corporate paralegal work involving venture and emerging company transactions, complex litigation support, plaintiff-side personal injury litigation, Chapter 11 bankruptcy support, and family law paralegal work.
Current Openings
Senior Corporate Paralegal
Location: Grand Central, New York, NY
Compensation: $120K–$160K
Experience: 6–15 years
Work Model: Hybrid — 1–2 days in-office
This role focuses on corporate filings, entity management, governance workflows, venture financings, SAFEs, convertible notes, priced rounds, signature packages, cap table maintenance, closing checklists, precedent libraries, and coordination between attorneys, clients, and counterparties. Ideal candidates have hands-on venture/emerging company transaction experience and can operate with high autonomy in a lean, sophisticated environment.
Litigation Paralegal — Aviation / Transportation Litigation
Location: New York, NY
Compensation: $95K–$110K + annual performance-based bonus
Experience: 5–7 years
Work Model: Hybrid — 4 days in-office
This role focuses on complex litigation support from inception through trial or settlement, including drafting legal documents, discovery requests, document productions, deposition summaries, e-filing through NYSCEF and PACER, damages brochures, presentations, exhibits, mediation/arbitration/trial preparation, and use of AI legal tools for document and transcript work. Candidates must be committed to a long-term paralegal career.
Litigation Paralegal — Civil Litigation / Employment / Voting Rights
Location: Atlanta, GA
Compensation: $65K–$75K
Experience: 4–10 years
Work Model: Hybrid — 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
This role focuses on supporting litigation partners on complex employment law and voting rights matters, including filings, discovery, case management, pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, deposition summaries, trial binders, exhibit lists, witness files, document production, e-discovery workflows, and legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and PACER.
Litigation Paralegal — Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury
Location: Boulder, CO
Compensation: $70K–$95K + discretionary bonus
Experience: 5–10 years
Work Model: Hybrid / remote-flexible with required in-person presence for trial and mediation
This role focuses on plaintiff-side personal injury litigation, including managing 35–40 active litigation files, drafting and filing pleadings, discovery responses, and motions, tracking deadlines and court calendars, coordinating with opposing counsel, courts, and experts, supporting trial preparation, and handling pre-litigation support as needed. Filevine experience and Colorado civil procedure familiarity are strong pluses.
Paralegal — Chapter 11 Bankruptcy
Location: Newport Beach, CA
Compensation: $60K–$120K + annual performance bonus ranging from $7,500–$25,000
Experience: Open range; Chapter 11 experience strongly preferred
Work Model: Hybrid — 4–5 days in-office
This role focuses on Chapter 11 corporate debtor representations, out-of-court workouts, case documents, filings, case administration, court deadlines, client/creditor/court coordination, and substantive bankruptcy support in a paperless, tech-forward environment. Strong candidates will have bankruptcy experience, stability in their work history, and comfort working in-office to learn and grow.
Family Law Paralegal
Location: Nashua, NH
Compensation: $56K–$73K, hourly non-exempt + year-end discretionary bonus
Experience: 3–5 years
Work Model: On-site — 5 days in-office
This role focuses on family law support, including drafting and filing petitions, motions, parenting plans, discovery, interrogatories, financial affidavits, client communication, court filings, deadline management, trial preparation, exhibits, and binders. Candidates must have family law paralegal experience and a law firm background.
