Negotiations Paralegal Role Overview:
The Negotiations Paralegal manages cases during the post-medical treatment phase, negotiating settlements with adjusters and ensuring clients are supported throughout the process. This position requires a balance of legal expertise, strategic negotiation skills, and a dedication to delivering excellent client service.
Negotiations Paralegal Responsibilities:
Oversee the negotiation phase of personal injury cases after medical treatment is completed.
Develop and implement demand strategies tailored to individual cases.
Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and legal professionals to achieve favorable settlements.
Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring all details are thoroughly documented.
Uphold the firm’s high standards of client care and professional ethics.
Negotiations Paralegal Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in a law office setting, with a minimum of 3 years in personal injury law.
A minimum of 2 years of negotiation experience, preferably within personal injury cases.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
