Paralegal Manager – NYC (Hybrid)
A premier NYC-based Vault 100 law firm is seeking a Paralegal Manager with 8+ years of corporate paralegal experience, including UCC filings. This is a leadership-track opportunity for a seasoned corporate paralegal to step into a department head-level role, contributing both as a manager and a practicing paralegal.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, train, and oversee a team of paralegals supporting various practice groups
Serve as a liaison with HR, Finance, and Firm leadership
Actively participate in administrative leadership meetings
Continue to perform corporate finance and UCC paralegal work
Drive process improvements and support department development
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Prior supervisory experience is a plus, but not required—strong leadership potential is key
8+ years of corporate paralegal experience (UCC filings required)
A proactive, collaborative mindset ready to enhance an essential firm function
Compensation: $170,000 – $190,000
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (minimum three days in-office weekly, based on Firm needs)
