Overview
Paralegal – M&A Due Diligence & Data Rooms Jobs in Oklahoma City, OK at Pure View Group LLC
Pay: $62,000 to $72,000. In office in Oklahoma City, five days a week. Entry level welcome if you hold or are finishing a paralegal certificate or degree.
I’m Clay Chamberlain, an M&A attorney who represents entrepreneurial owners selling eight-figure businesses. I’ve closed over 50 transactions exceeding $1 billion in value, and before that I was General Counsel for three private-equity-backed energy companies. Pure View is a small shop, which means the person in this seat works directly with me on live deals from week one.
I’m hiring one paralegal to run the operations behind my transactions and my digital platform. The two halves look like this.
What you’ll do on the legal deal side
You’ll build and administer the virtual data rooms buyers work inside: folder architecture, permissions, loading documents, tracking who has seen what. You’ll collect, review, and track the corporate, financial, and legal documents coming from clients and counterparties, manage the due diligence request lists and chase the answers, maintain the transaction checklists, prepare signature packets, and coordinate the flow of information between clients, counsel, and everyone else at the table. You’ll prepare and format legal documents under attorney supervision, run targeted legal and business research, summarize agreements and findings, and assemble the closing binders and post-closing documentation.
When a transaction is live, this is most of your week, and the work is genuinely consequential. A document filed in the wrong folder is a term someone renegotiates.
What you’ll do on the legal digital side
Pure View also publishes. A client education library, courses, a newsletter, and social channels, with LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube as the primary platforms. You’ll schedule and publish content, build and maintain the automation behind it, produce assets in Canva, and pick up new tools as they show up so the content engine keeps moving. You’ll use AI heavily across both halves of the job, and I’ll expect you to get good at it quickly.
The split runs about 60% deal work and 40% digital, though it shifts with the deal calendar. During a diligence window it’s almost all deal. Between closings it flips.
This role is on-site in our Oklahoma City office, five days a week. That isn’t a preference I’ll negotiate. Deal work is learned by proximity, and I can’t teach you across a screen.
