Paralegal – Litigation and Consumer Law Jobs in California at Reza Law Group, PC
Izzo & Associates, PLLC, an established Central Texas Family Law Firm, is seeking a new Associate Attorney to become a member of our team. Candidates who have already begun the practice of law, but have interest in this particular field, or new graduates who have passed the bar exam may qualify. Our staff works as a closely knit team and we are proud of the longevity of our working relationships, not only in house, but also with the myriad of specialists whom we have established ties with over the decades, including counselors, mediators, private investigators, business evaluators, ad litems, amicus attorneys, and other fellow trial attorneys who we call friends and collegially share ideas with. We are problem solvers, and our goal is to settle disputes, or win in court if necessary.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and draft legal documentation
Analyze asset/debt divisions for case resolutions
​​​​​​​Perform legal research regarding pertinent statutory and case law
Assist and work closely with senior counsel regarding strategy, case development, settlement and/or hearing preparation
Comply with all Texas legal standards and county and court local rules
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport and exhibit empathy for client concerns
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to navigate new developments while balancing multiple cases
Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas
Compensation and Benefits:
Base pay and billing rate to be discussed with qualified candidates at interview
In addition to base pay, lawyer billing rate can and should exceed base pay
​​​​​​​Position includes potential for occasional remote work, as well as Life Insurance, IRA with matching contribution, Medical, Dental, Vision, Sick days, Holidays and paid time off

Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
