Paralegal – Litigation Jobs in Monterey, CA at Fenton & Keller
The law firm of Fenton & Keller is currently seeking qualified candidates with paralegal experience in the area of civil litigation. Applicants shall be well versed in the litigation process, document preparation, calendaring and management of deadlines, discovery process, preparation of pleadings and Judicial Council forms, court e-filings, electronic filing system, and trial/arbitration preparation. Experience in personal injury matters, medical records review, and/or health insurance claims is preferable but not required. Applicants shall be organized and detail oriented, have strong writing skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in Microsoft Office 365 applications and Adobe Acrobat Pro required. This is a full-time in office position, however there is possibility of a regular schedule of less than 40 hours per week.
