Location: Fort Collins, CO
Status: Full-time, 40/hrs. week
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
What You’ll Do:
This position will work within the Forensic Department with clients who are involved in the Criminal Justice System. Programs include: Jail based services, Competency services, and AIIM (Alternative to Incarceration for Individuals with Mental health needs) /Wellness Court, Diversion services, and DUI services.
Duties can include:
Greeting clients/visitors, checking in clients, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, data entry, and filing documents in an electronic medical record system.
Preparing spreadsheets, budget tracking, and supply ordering.
Other responsibilities include:
Using Microsoft office products for various communications, scheduling and maintaining calendars,
Electronic medical record chart maintenance, preparing and sending medical records to requesting agencies, providing support to our clinicians and clients, and other duties as assigned.
Must be able to communicate clearly and accurately with a variety of individuals.
Able to type accurately and enter information into a computerized system.
Knowledge of diversity and inclusion with the relevant ability to engage, communicate, interact, and work effectively and cooperatively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities.
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of direct and relevant experience.
Valid Colorado driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Preferred:
Associates Degree (AA) in business or related field; or 4 years of closely related experience preferred.
Experience in behavioral health, including high acuity clients, highly desirable.
Prior data entry experience using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and an electronic medical record, preferred.
Bilingual/bi-cultural preferred.

The typical hiring range for this position is $20.04-$24.48/hour, based on relevant years of experience.
