*Overview*
Trusted Paralegal Solutions offers estate planning law firms experienced virtual paralegals. We have an Illinois Law Firm we are seeking an experienced Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal for.
Our paralegals are assigned to law firms and will be the main point of contact for their assigned firms. They work independently with their assigned law firm/firms.
*THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF ILLINOIS PROBATE EXPERIENCE
*Responsibilities*
– Preparing and electronically filing probate documents
– Estate and Trust Administration Accountings
-Drafting Trusts, wills and ancillary documents
– Managing and Maintaining electronic files
– Communicate with assigned firms, their clients and courts
– Gather needed information from clients
*Requirements*
– 3+ years experience doing Illinois probate work
– Must be able to do Illinois probates from start to finish including accountings
– Experience drafting with WealthCounsel is preferred
-Some availability during business hours
– Home computer and internet
– Ability to work independently
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $32.00 per hour
