Portland/Bath Law Firm has an immediate opening for an estate planning legal assistant.
Boutique Law Firm is seeking to fill a position on its Estate Planning team. This position is responsible for scheduling client meetings, preparing documents, managing calendars, and facilitating all other aspects of the Estate Planning process. The preferred applicant must have strong organizational skills and be comfortable working under pressure with strict deadlines, have a strong attention to detail and be proficient in Microsoft Word, and Outlook, Powerpoint a bonus. Full benefits package. This position is for our office in Bath, ME.
