Responsibilities:
– Assist with case management and organization of legal documents
– Conduct thorough legal research to support our cases
– Draft correspondence, pleadings, and other essential legal documents
– Maintain and update case files and databases with precision
– Coordinate appointments, meetings, and court appearances seamlessly
– Foster clear communication with clients, attorneys, and all involved parties
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
– Prior experience or internship in a law firm is a plus
– Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
– Strong written and verbal communication abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of personal injury law is advantageous but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
