We are a small, well-established family law firm located on Florida’s beautiful Treasure Coast.
We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Family Law Attorney with at least 1 year of experience
to join our growing legal team. This is a great opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a fast-
paced, supportive environment and is looking to make a real impact in the lives of clients.
Duties
Handle a full caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support,
modifications, and related litigation
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
Conduct client consultations and maintain regular client communication Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
Collaborate with legal staff and fellow attorneys for case development and strategyJoin our team as a Family Law Paralegal where you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients through their family law matters while developing your skills in a dynamic legal environment.
Qualifications
Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing
Minimum 1 year of family law experience required
Strong litigation, legal writing, and research skills
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and effectively
High energy and proactive mindset—must be comfortable working in a busy law office

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
