Summary
We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join our team at Sconzo Law Office, P.A. This role is vital in representing clients and navigating complex legal matters while upholding our firm’s mission to deliver outstanding legal support and results.
We handle a high volume of cases with the majority of our caseload being in federal court and are seeking a candidate who is willing to step in and handle all aspects of a client’s case from initial pleadings to trial.
We offer an extended paid Holidays schedule and 2 weeks vacation (after probationary period). Health and Dental Insurance plan. Salary range dependent on experience. Opportunity for bonuses to increase salary. Looking for candidate who is seeking to grow with our firm. Potential for Partner track based on performance and experience.

Responsibilities
Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations.
Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed legal documents.
Litigate cases effectively in court and administrative hearings.
Advise clients on their rights and obligations under the law.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting practice areas.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to enhance case strategies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all cases.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Florida.
Florida Federal Licensure (preferred – not required)
Strong knowledge of litigation processes.
Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence.
Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
Experience in Employment Law is a plus but not required.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
