Required Qualifications:
Paralegal certification
Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a litigation-paralegal
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Experience with preparing all legal documents, organizing discovery and responses to discovery demands
Solid understanding of civil litigation (state deadlines and rules)
Depositions – Setting, hiring court reporter/videographer, notices, preparing docs for attending attorney, obtaining transcripts/video – Common responsive pleadings (i.e. Response to DME, Response to Depo Ntc with RFPs, Oppo to Mtn, etc.)
Articulate, organized and a team player with excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
Assistance with trial preparation
Effectively manage the attorneys calendar
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $79,000.00 per year
