NM Divorce & Custody Law, LLC seeks a full-time attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year experience in the practice of law. For new graduates we will train. The candidate will manage their own case load with staff support and will have a strong desire to practice in family law (divorce, child custody & visitation, child support, grandparent visitation, kinship guardianship, modifications, etc.).
Our ideal candidate must be responsive to clients and respectful of fellow co-workers. It is expected that each member of our team will be highly organized and reliable, and possess good judgment and communication skills. We expect our attorneys to own their work product. The candidate must be able to prioritize deadlines and case commitments. Most importantly, the attorney that joins our office will understand that we don’t just serve clients as knowledgeable and assertive advocates – we also have a responsibility to manage client expectations and to make good decisions on how to get the best possible result for the client without incurring unnecessary expense.
