What You Will Enjoy Doing
- You will support our contract and document management by drafting, reviewing and managing non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) in English, and maintaining and organizing contract and document management systems
- You will be coordinating notarizations, certifications and official inquiries, like transparency register, register court, trade inspectorate
- Your tasks will include tracking deadlines, feedback, and document statuses
- You will support for all secretarial work, travel plannings and bookings
- You play an active role in the development and implementation of legal tech tools
- You will support the use of AI-based applications, e.g. contract analysis, document automation, knowledge management
- You will identify digitalization potentials in legal work processes and collaborate with IT, digital and innovation teams
What Makes You Great
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, economics or other related field; or completed training as a paralegal, legal specialist, or in the commercial sector, ideally with legal professional experience
- You have gained initial experience professional experience in a legal department, law firm or comparable environment in the company (e.g. contract management; Procurement, Commercial Function) are an advantage
- Very good written and spoken English skills are mandatory, good German is an advantage
- You handle MS Office and other MS applications (Sharepoint, etc.) confidently
- You are characterized by extremely careful, structured and independent work as well as communication skills, as well as a good dose of humor
- You have a high degree of discretion, personal integrity and a sense of responsibility
- You are interested in digital tools and AI applications, as well as a confident manner and team spirit, round off your profile
