Multi-billion dollar Investment Management Firm is looking for an NDA focused Paralegal/Junior Attorney to join their team and work closely with senior management.
Job Description
Co-ordinate requests and manage execution process of NDA’s, Engagement Letters, Vendor Contracts and deal documents (handles distribution and collation of signature pages, routing to internal/ external counsel to review documents as appropriate).
Work closely with Legal and Investment Team on transaction closings and maintain deal docs
Work on other ad hoc projects and compliance monitoring activities (including maintenance of the Watch List and Restricted List).
