If you’re a legal professional with trust experience, this 9-month fixed-term contract offers a rare opportunity to step into a varied, hands-on role within a well-established international financial services group. Based in Guernsey, you’ll work closely with senior legal and governance specialists on meaningful, high-impact projects.
You’ll play a central role in client transactions and legal operations, gaining invaluable experience across trust law, company law, and regulatory matters. What you’ll be doing:
Drafting and reviewing legal documentation related to trust structures, including distributions, appointments, and loans
Maintaining and updating precedent materials such as board minutes and resolutions
Supporting litigation and internal legal projects
Conducting legal research and preparing compliance updates
Reviewing internal policies and preparing briefings for senior stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in trust or private client legal work is preferred
A law degree or equivalent legal qualification
Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
Understanding of Guernsey or offshore legal environments
