Jun Wang & Associates, P.C. is a New York-based law firm delivering a full range of legal services. Our firm provides practical legal solutions for our clients, whether it be an acquisition of property, the formation of businesses, the purchase or sale of a business, or other associated legal needs such as business immigration. Our clients include prominent national and multinational corporations, charitable organizations, industry executives, as well as high-net-worth individuals.
Currently, we are looking for an experienced paralegal for our real estate department to start immediately. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-year related experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions from beginning to post-closing. The candidate will need to know how to prepare contracts and other real estate documents, be able to assist in title review, handle post-closing issues, and be able to prepare closing statements.
Requirement: Must have at least 1-year related experience in the field. Bilingual in Mandarin is strongly preferred but not required.
