Paralegal II – Probate and Estate Planning Jobs in Jacksonville, FL at Three Rivers Legal Services, Inc.
Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 annually + quarterly performance bonuses
We are seeking a Senior Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning and probate law and will be capable of managing a team of legal assistants while supporting our attorneys with high-level legal and administrative tasks. Compensation:
$60,000 – $65,000 plus bonuses
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a team of legal assistants, providing mentorship, support, and quality assurance
Prepare and review legal documents, particularly those related to estate planning and probate matters
Ensure that all deadlines are met and that the legal team is aware of upcoming tasks and case milestones
Conduct legal research as needed and assist attorneys with case preparation
Maintain organized and accurate client files, billing records, and document databases
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Coordinate meetings, travel, and other logistics for attorneys
Support day-to-day office operations as needed to maintain efficiency
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience
Prior experience in estate planning and probate is preferred
Proven ability to lead and manage legal support staff
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Proficiency with MS Office products and legal document management systems
Associate’s degree or paralegal certification is preferred
