Duties

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Assist in shift management to ensure efficient kitchen workflow during peak hours.
Maintain high standards of presentation for all dishes served in the restaurant.
Skills
Strong culinary skills with experience in fine dining environments.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Experience in restaurant management and team leadership.
Proficient in inventory control and food management techniques.
