Responsibilities
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Indirect Sourcing Contracts:
- Review and negotiate a wide range of indirect sourcing Agreements / commercial transactions globally, with emphasis on India and APAC, including:
Equipment Purchase Agreements
Services Agreements
Consulting Agreements
Statements of Work (SOWs)
Software License Agreements
Software as a Service (SaaS) Agreements
Agreements with charitable organizations
- Collaborate with Global Sourcing and Procurement teams to enhance Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.
- Assist in revising templates and drafting new contractual provisions to meet evolving business needs.
- Logistics Contracts
- Review and negotiate Logistics-related agreements with special focus on APAC region, including:
Master Logistics Services Agreements
Transportation Services Agreements
Warehousing Services Agreements
Associated SOWs and amendments for diverse projects
Qualification
BA , LLB or Equivalent
