Cameron Law is a fast-growing personal injury law firm, located in the booming South West Las Vegas area.
We’re looking for a seasoned Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our team and handle cases that proceed beyond pre-litigation.
Prospective applicants should possess a background in litigation within both Nevada state court and U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, with demonstrated experience in the discovery process, witness and expert depositions, alternative dispute resolution, and outstanding proficiency in legal research and writing.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate self-motivation and a keen determination to achieve success, for themselves and for their clients. Prospective applicants should possess a background in litigation within both Nevada state court and U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, with demonstrated experience in the discovery process, witness and expert depositions, alternative dispute resolution, and outstanding proficiency in legal research and writing.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes cases, providing comprehensive legal services from case inception through trial. Associates are expected to manage a caseload effectively, conduct depositions, prepare and argue motions, and participate in trials.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full litigation lifecycle of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful death
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses
Prepare for and conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and court hearings
Strategically develop and execute litigation plans with a focus on maximizing case value
Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel throughout all stages of litigation
Stay current with developments in case law, statutes, and legal trends relevant to litigation practice
Uphold ethical standards and professional integrity in all aspects of legal practice
Required Experience/Skills:
· Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
· Licensed and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar (other admissions are a plus)
· Minimum 5 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation experience
· Comprehensive understanding of Nevada Personal Injury law and statutes
· Proven ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines
· Strong communicator with experience developing and executing effective case strategies

· Filevine
· Spanish speaking
