A Global Energy Infrastructure Business is currently seeking a Paralegal to join their fast-paced, high-growth environment. The Firm is focused on building and financing AI data centers and energy infrastructure for companies such as Meta, Google, and OpenAI. Partnered with a leading asset manager, they are positioned to become a leading player in the fast-growing energy and date infrastructure market.
This Paralegal will be directly supporting their legal and deal teams and working closely with Senior Leadership. This is a perfect opportunity for a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in corporate transactions, infrastructure financing, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
Responsibilities:
Assisting in the preparation, review, and organization of legal documents such as contracts, NDAs, and transaction agreements
Assisting in drafting and maintaining templates for key legal documents
Support closing processes for transactions, including managing signature pages and closing binders
Manage document control and assist in maintaining corporate records and compliance filings
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
2 years of experience in a law firm, financial services, or corporate legal department
Strong organizational, written, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
