The role:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Drafting and reviewing documents such as amendments to fund contracts and subscriptions to fund investments
preparing closing bibles
regulatory filings and compliance
legal research
client communication and management
Due diligence
The candidate:
The ideal candidate will have:
Very strong academics
6 + months experience as a funds regulatory paralegal
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Eagerness to develop within this funds regulatory space
