Schedule: Monday to Friday (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required
Experienced in drafting Estate Planning Documents
Experienced in preparations of Wills and Trust
Conducts relevant legal issues, statutes and regulations to support attorneys in their case preparation.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
JD is highly preferred.
Nice To Have
Knowledgeable in Legal Software tools such as Clio is a plus
What will you do?
Client Interaction:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on case progress, answering inquiries, and maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor when working with individuals and families.
Drafting Documents:
Prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other legal documents, ensuring they comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Estate Planning:
Collaborate with attorneys to assess clients’ estate planning needs and provide recommendations, including the establishment of trusts, asset protection strategies, and healthcare directives.
Legal Research:
Conduct research on relevant legal issues, statutes, and regulations to support the attorneys in case preparation and strategy.
Record Maintenance:
Maintain organized and accurate client records, ensuring all documents and communication are properly documented and easily accessible.
Scheduling and Calendar Management:
Manage attorney schedules, including court dates, client meetings, and deadlines, to ensure efficient time management and case progression.
Notary Services:
Act as a notary public to notarize legal documents as required.
