Salary Range: $58,000 – $70,000, based on experience

As our team continues to grow, we’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal / Document Drafter to join our legal operations team.
About The Role
This is a full-time, in-office position focused on preparing accurate, customized legal documents in support of estate plans and trust administration. You’ll work closely with attorneys, fellow paralegals, and our client services team to ensure each client’s documents are drafted to the highest professional standard. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in detail-oriented work and enjoys a predictable, process-driven workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Draft core estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, deeds, and related materials
Carefully proofread and format legal documents for accuracy, tone, and consistency
Accurately enter and manage client data within proprietary software and document systems
Maintain well-organized digital case files and support attorneys in document assembly and review
Track task completion to ensure client deadlines and firm standards are met
Occasionally support internal quality audits or updates to templates and drafting protocols
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills are a must
Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with legal or workflow software a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Ability to manage repetitive tasks with focus and accuracy
