Role Description
This is a full time role for an Associate Oil and Gas Title Attorney in our Fort Worth, TX office. The role involves tasks such as reviewing and drafting title opinions, conducting due diligence, and handling legal research.
Qualifications
2+ years experience of oil and gas title examination
Experience in negotiating and drafting oil and gas agreements
Legal research and analysis skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Experience in the energy or oil and gas industry is a plus
Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
