Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including case investigation, discovery, and trial preparation
Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Conduct legal research and summarize case law, depositions, and medical records
Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are up to date and properly filed
Communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel
Manage case deadlines, court filings, and trial preparation logistics
What They are Looking For:2+ years of litigation paralegal experience (defense experience preferred)
Proficiency in legal research and case management software
