Job Details
Assist with corporate transaction tasks
Draft legal documents, edit, and compare versions
Maintain corporate and stock records
Assist with legal research and analysis
Create and manage entity formation paperwork
Prepare SEC, Blue Sky, and UCC filings
Salary Range: $100-180k annually, based on experience

Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years’ experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on corporate transactions and Blue Sky laws
Must have experience with technology corporations
Top-notch legal writing and proofreading skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
