The Role
As a Paralegal in our Commercial Property department, you will work closely with solicitors to provide essential support on a range of property matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience in commercial property law to advance their career within a supportive and ambitious firm.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the management of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing.
Conducting title investigations and preparing reports.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts and leases.
Undertaking Land Registry searches and applications.
Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties to progress cases effectively.
Maintaining accurate case management records and ensuring deadlines are met.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Proven experience as a Paralegal in commercial property law.
Strong understanding of property transactions and procedures.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Desirable
Completion of a recognised legal qualification
Experience using case management systems.
