BUSINESS AND TRANSACTIONAL ATTORNEY
Ideal candidates will have a strong academic background with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Your duties will include all of the normal responsibilities of an Associate Attorney (i.e. legal research and writing, client meetings and communications, legal analysis, reviewing and drafting pleadings, appearing at hearings, time tracking, etc.). You will be expected to effectively manage, prioritize and complete all of the position responsibilities, including meeting the minimum billable hour requirement.
Salary is based on experience.
