We are seeking a certified Paralegal (civil litigation) – Entry Level to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Schedule deadlines
- Communicate with court staff and clients
- Case management
- Assist in the drafting and reviewing of legal documents including demand letters and discovery requests
- Point of contact with answering phones
- File documents and prepare physical files
- Record and store client information
​Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paralegal/legal assistant or other legal field preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- SPANISH- Ability to speak and communicate is preferred
- Work Remotely: No

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
