Position: Paralegal/Case Manager – Insurance Litigation – Charleston, SC

Position:
Insurance Litigation Case Manager – Charleston, SC
We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance Litigation Case Manager for our Charleston, SC office.
Responsibilities include:
Document management and analysis for large cases
Medical record summaries and chronologies
Procurement of medical records and HIPAA compliance
Preparation and service of subpoenas and discovery requests
Preparation of pleadings and discovery responses
Routine status reports to clients or counsel
Statewide roster/docket monitoring
Electronic filings/ECF with Federal Court
Tracking time spent on client matters and entering it into the billing system
Candidate qualifications:
Three or more years of law firm experience
Thorough understanding of the litigation process
Knowledge of court and administrative hearing rules and procedures
Ability to handle a large caseload in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team-oriented with a stable employment history
