Growing insurance defense firm seeking an attorney for their Workers’ Compensation department in their NYC or Huntington office. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an ability to work independently, as well as in a group setting. The attorney must be admitted in New York, possess exceptional writing and research skills, as well as knowledge of NY Workers’ Compensation law and the NY Workers’ Compensation system. The position offers growth opportunity, as well as a partnership track. The position can be in office or hybrid.

Responsibilities
Maintain your own case load, prepare reports and communicate with clients.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
JD from Accredited Law School
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong legal knowledge
Admission to NY State Court
