We're working with a global bank who require some Paralegal support for the next 6 months.
Sitting within the Legal Documentation team, the successful candidate will support the production and management of high volume standard form agreements and documentation processes.
The role will involve:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating NDAs, release letters and similar standard form agreements
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of documentation
- Using established templates and playbooks to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Supporting documentation workflows and helping manage a high volume of requests
- Assisting with the transition of documentation processes to an external provider, including knowledge transfer and process support
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve documentation processes
- Providing general support on day to day legal administrative and documentation matters
Skills required:
- Experience drafting and negotiating NDAs or similar agreements
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage high volume workflows
- Comfortable working with templates and playbooks
It's a hybrid role, with 3 days per week working from the Berlin office.
