Our client is a leading real estate and finance group seeking to recruit a new banking & finance paralegal to join its high performing team in Melbourne.
You will be experienced in the full-suite of documentation and processes involved in the settlement of property loans / mortgages. This is a highly-business facing position and you'll work closely with different departments internally and also external stakeholders such as banks, and solicitors for counterparties.
You will work on matters for their full life cycle, from approval through to settlement and then funding. You'll be an experienced finance / settlements paralegal with strong knowledge of mortgage / property loan documentation and the PEXA settlement process.
This position is offered on a full-time basis, and requires an on-site presence in the office 5 days per week to work closely with the business and other members of the legal team.
