We are working with a global MNC, with years of expertise and success across Asia.
This is a unique role to support the General Counsel with a variety of legal and compliance related matters, with exposure across the globe.
Focus of Work
Regulatory: 40%
Commercial: 30%
Projects and Office: 30%
Regulatory:
This is a communication based role which requires you to understand regulatory changes in different markets and provide clear and concise updates to both the General Counsel and wider business.
Commercial:
You will work on a variety of commercial work, including agreements and daily business requests
Projects:
The office is in growth mode and you will be tasked with supporting the GC with anything from daily admin tasks, through to research on market trends to presenting strategic advise in C-Suite meetings.
Requirements
Paralegal / Legal Manager background
Law firm training (desirable)
Experience in a regulatory environment – essential
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to articulate verbally / written legal impacting changes to key business personnel
English languages only required
