Job Description: –
Provides a variety of clerical, data entry and administrative support duties.
Types letters, and reports from drafts and proofreads and reviews documents for grammatical and numerical errors.
Prepares reports, and other documents using word processing, and spreadsheet software packages.
Answers telephone calls, responds to questions, and directs callers to appropriate parties.
Maintains, updates or creates databases and/or database information.
Copy, scan, and file correspondences, records, documents and reports according to an established system in the cloud.
Sorts and distributes mail and packages to appropriate parties.
Requirements: –
Analytical thinker.
Knowledge of using web-based programs.
Fantastic organizational skills and detail oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent telephone skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Copying, and Scanning
HS diploma, GED or relevant work experience
Pursuing a college degree is a plus
Pursuing law school is a plus
Ability to follow directions and ask questions
