Overview
Analysts at Dynamis play a central role in supporting complex white‑collar, cybercrime, and crypto‑related matters. This position blends traditional paralegal responsibilities with advanced technical, investigative, and analytical work. Analysts work directly with attorneys on substantive case strategy, evidence development, and technical interpretation across matters ranging from crypto disputes to DOJ‑facing insider trading investigations.
This is a high‑impact role for candidates who are detail‑oriented, intellectually curious, and comfortable navigating both legal processes and technical concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Paralegal & Case Support
· Assist with filings, cite checks, exhibit preparation, and maintaining case calendars and schedules.
· Support trial and hearing preparation, including organizing evidence, managing exhibits, and coordinating logistics throughout proceedings.
· Manage document organization, version control, and case materials throughout the litigation lifecycle.
· Coordinate logistics with clients, law enforcement, opposing counsel, and third‑party vendors.
Technical Interpretation & Subject‑Matter Support
· Break down complex technical concepts for attorneys, helping translate data, digital evidence, and investigative findings into actionable legal strategy.
· Serve as an internal resource on crypto‑related topics, blockchain mechanics, digital asset tracing, and forensic methodologies.
· Produce clear, concise deliverables explaining technical evidence, investigative results, or analytical conclusions.
Research & Investigations
· Conduct OSINT and background research using company filings, social media, data broker platforms, SEC filings, press releases, and internal databases.
· Perform blockchain research and tracing using tools such as Chainalysis Reactor, TRM, Arkham Intelligence, and public block explorers.
· Analyze financial, transactional, and economic data using Excel and/or Python to support white‑collar and crypto matters.
· Build custom research or analytics tools using AI or basic coding when needed.
Data & Evidence Management
· Process, organize, and manage large sets of e‑discovery materials using platforms such as Everlaw, Disco, and Dropbox.
· Preserve digital evidence using PageVault and open‑source tools (e.g., Linux‑based utilities, yt‑dlp for video preservation).
· Maintain chain‑of‑custody standards and ensure evidence integrity across all digital materials.
Administrative & Operational Support
· Assist with general office operations, including managing deliveries, purchasing supplies, coordinating technology setup, and supporting day‑to‑day administrative needs.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· Experience in law (as a paralegal), and/or with investigations, consulting, economic research, and/or cybersecurity.
· Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills.
· Ability to learn and explain technical concepts clearly and accurately.
· High attention to detail and comfort managing large volumes of information.
· Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Python).
· Interest in white‑collar crime, cybercrime, digital assets, or emerging technology.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and operate in a fast‑paced environment.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
