TWS Legal Consultants is an established law firm in Dubai offering advice on Wills & Estate Inheritance, DIFC Foundations, Family & Divorce Law, Property Conveyancing, UAE Residency, Litigation, Corporate & Company Incorporation in the UAE.
We are currently seeking an experienced Paralegal Admin / Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a law firm in the UAE.

Requirements:
Must have a Law Degree or relevant certification or a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Paralegal Admin or Legal Assistant in a law firm.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented and proactive with a positive attitude.
Knowledge of legal terminology and processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal professionals.
Maintaining and organizing files, conducting legal research, and drafting documents.
Manage and organize legal documents, correspondence, and client files.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for legal team members.
Prepare and format legal documents, including letters, memos, and court forms.
Maintain and update the firm’s database and filing systems.
Handle basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Perform general office duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
