Workers’ Compensation Paralegal
A growing personal injury law firm is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to support attorneys in managing a high-volume caseload.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of workers’ compensation cases
- Manage case files from intake through resolution
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers
- Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence
- Track deadlines and maintain organized case management systems
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of workers’ compensation experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual is preferred (English and Spanish)
