This position is primarily responsible for the effective management of personal injury cases from inception through close of case which includes but it not limited to the development of case strategy, preparation of legal documents, and legal representation in court. This position is also responsible for providing clear instructions to supportive staff and supervise the progression of their work on a case by case basis. The PI attorney is required to maintain continuous communication with the clients to address all important decision for the client’s approval.
